Management fee’s can vary depending on the size of your property, rental opportunity and location. Typically our commission rate is between 20% and 25% of the nightly rent.
No, our management fee is in addition to property expenses such as paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. We deduct any monthly fees from the payout statement that is sent at the end of the month. Cleaning fees are typically 100% paid by the guest.
