How does the setup process work?

Every property is different and has different needs than the other. We will work with you to put together a plan to get your property in the best condition to be a successful rental. The engagement can range from furnishing a brand new construction or simply installing a couple cameras and creating the listing. We have the capability to manage it all.

How do I get paid from the rentals?

Irish Management collects funds from renters and distributes out monthly earnings to homeowners on a monthly basis. A full detailed report is provided to all clients on all bookings and expenses.

What if my property is not set up for guests yet or does not have a profile currently?

No problem! As a part of our services, we will create, optimize and promote your listing with your approval.

How are the price listings managed and optimized?

Our properties are dynamically priced to ensure that you are maximizing your revenue opportunity with insure your minimum night’s rental rate is set.

What do you charge for full service rental management?

Management fee’s can vary depending on the size of your property, rental opportunity and location. Typically our management fee is 20% of nightly booking revenue.

Does your management fee include lawn maintenance, cleaning fees, paper products, and other property expenses?

No, our management fee is in addition to property expenses such as paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. We deduct any monthly fees from the payout statement that is sent at the end of the month. Cleaning fees are typically 100% paid by the guest.
