Our story
Where hospitality meets real estate
Irish Management grew out of two things our founder, Matt Sheldon, cares about most: hosting people well and real estate.
In 2018, Matt started Game Day Your Way, the official tailgate service partner of Notre Dame and a partner of Soldier Field in Chicago. Hospitality was his passion, and real estate was his love. Short-term rentals turned out to be the perfect bridge between the two.
In 2022, he started Irish Management as a hobby. With our first few clients, we launched and managed short-term rentals, and that is still the heart of what we do. Every year since, we’ve grown our team and our portfolio.
Today we care for 95 homes across South Bend and Notre Dame, from game-day rentals to home watch for second-home owners who would rather not rent.
